How has your experience been with JC Imagery and how did Jodi make you feel?

What was the highlight of your session?
The highlight of our time with Jodi was to see how amazing she was with our two daughters. She photographed them together in such a calm environment – it was so cute and we love the result.
Why did you choose JC Imagery?
I came across Jodi on social media by searching for Newborn Photography Adelaide, I selected multiple photos taken by Jodi and absolutely loved them!
Is there a story surrounding your pregnancy? Was it a breeze or did your little one have you working for it?
My pregnancy with Ariana was great, I didn’t have much morning sickness or any complications. I did get very uncomfortable towards the end.
Was the gender of your baby a surprise?
We had a scan at 17 weeks to determine the gender. My pregnancy differed from my first, we were so sure it was a boy! However, we were over the moon to find out that we were expecting another little girl!
Naming:
Dyllan chose out the name ‘Ariana’ after weeks of trying to find one we both liked. As soon as we found it, we were in love!
How did the siblings feel about becoming a big brother/sister?
Our first daughter Aleah was super excited to become a big sister. She is in love with baby dolls so couldn’t wait to have a real-life baby to play with.

How far in advance did you prepare the nursery?
Well in advance! It was already set up from our first daughter (cot, dresser, change table etc) so we didn’t have to change a thing!
Do you have any tips for expecting mums?
Yes – Ensure to enjoy your pregnancy and get lots of rest before the baby arrives!
Do you have any tips and tricks for parents adjusting to parenthood in those early days?
Rest when you can and take in all the baby cuddles, they grow up too fast!
